How long is service?

Sunday worship services are usually 1-hour and 30-minutes, give or take a few minutes either way. You should be on your way home between 12:30 p.m. and 12:45 p.m.

We are not bound by the clock, however. Our worship services are Spirit-led and Spirit-filled.

What can I expect in a Sunday service?

We preach Jesus. We read from the Bible. We sing as a congregation. We pray. We fellowship.

How can I join WFLCM?

We welcome you to pray that Word For Life Church Ministries is the church where God is leading you – our journey is filled with expectation! If you wish to become a member, you may do so at any time by one of the following:

Christian Experience – If you have already professed faith for salvation in the Lord, Jesus Christ, but you do not have a church home, we welcome you to join our fellowship.

New Believer – If you are not saved (i.e., you have never professed that Jesus is your Savior), but you wish to do that within a Christian faith community, we welcome you to join our fellowship.

Watch Care – The DC Metro area is home to many transient people and families – whether college students, short- or long-term work assignments, military deployments, etc. If you are in our area and wish to connect and serve with a Christian church, while maintaining membership at a home church to which you will be returning, we welcome you to join our fellowship.
